Small CNC lathes are widely used in the power equipment manufacturing industry. The energy issue is a national strategic issue, and my country has always paid attention to the manufacture of power equipment. After decades of development, my country's power equipment manufacturing level has been in the forefront of the world, and my country's electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises are capable of meeting the development needs of smart grids. The development of related power equipment manufacturing machine tools has also taken a higher level.
The accuracy indicators of small CNC lathes are roughly divided into: positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy; resolution and pulse equivalent; indexing accuracy. The positioning accuracy refers to the degree of consistency between the actual movement position of the moving parts such as the small CNC lathe worktable and the command position, and the difference between the inconsistencies is the positioning error. The factors that cause positioning error include servo system, detection system, feed transmission and guide rail error. The positioning error directly affects the dimensional accuracy of the machined parts. Repeated positioning accuracy refers to the consistency of the results obtained after completing the specified operations multiple times under the same operation mode and conditions. Repeated positioning accuracy is generally a normal distribution of random errors, which will affect the consistency of batch-machined parts. It is a very heavy performance indicator. Generally, the positioning accuracy of small CNC lathes is 0.018mm, and the repeat positioning accuracy is 0.008mm.
Resolution and Pulse Equivalent: Resolution refers to the smallest displacement gap that can be resolved. For the measurement system, the resolution is the smallest displacement that can be measured, and for the control system, the resolution is the smallest displacement increment that can be controlled. Pulse equivalent refers to the displacement generated by the displacement components of the machine tool without sending a pulse signal from the index control device.
Indexing accuracy: The indexing accuracy refers to the difference between the actual rotation angle and the commanded rotation angle when the indexing table is indexed. The indexing accuracy not only affects the angular position of the processing part of the part in space, but also affects the coaxiality of the hole system processing.
